Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Service Engineer (Semiconductor) to support customers in a Class 1000 cleanroom, performing processing, inspections, and piece handling on specialized machines.

You will liaise with customers and internal teams in Singapore and Japan, manage project inquiries, and contribute to workflow improvements. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and hands-on problem solving are required; training will be provided.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing process and cleanroom environment advantageous.
• Hands-on with an eye for details and great organisational skills.
• Pro-active with a positive mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Machine training will be provided.

Aufgaben

• Process customer work pieces per requirements in a Class 1000 cleanroom.

Job Description:

• Responsible for processing customer work pieces according to customer requirements in a Class 1000 cleanroom environment. Processing of work pieces includes the following tasks:

• Conduct incoming and outgoing inspection checks.

• Dicing and/ or grinding of work pieces on the company's machines.

• Collect measurement data to confirm conformity to specifications.

• Pack customer work pieces accordingly.

• Discussion with customers on technical requirements. Provide recommendations on best processing method.

• Project management and follow-up of all customer enquiries.

• Follow operating procedures and work flows.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders within Singapore and with Japan.

• Suggest improvements to work flow and/ or ideas for cost reduction.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering field.

• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing process and cleanroom environment will be advantageous.
