Job summary

Anradus Pte Ltd in Woodlands, Singapore is seeking a Cleanroom Technician to support semiconductor equipment and inventory operations. You will handle, inspect, and clean delicate components, manage incoming parts, and coordinate vendor repairs while maintaining strict cleanroom and safety standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in semiconductor environments, plus experience with ERP systems and Excel. Permanent, 5-day work week with day shifts, and on-site operations at Woodlands facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, wafer fabrication, cleanroom operations, precision engineering, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Basic experience using ERP/inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle delicate, high-value semiconductor components carefully.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment, handling chemical cleaning processes, and wearing cleanroom attire (bunny suits).

Responsibilities

• Handle, inspect, and precision-clean delicate quartz and mechanical semiconductor components using automated Polyflow cleaning systems in accordance with SOPs and work instructions.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and ensure components meet required quality and cleanliness standards.
• Receive, verify, record, and manage incoming semiconductor parts, including kitting and issuing components to engineering teams.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of high-value precision parts.
• Coordinate the outbound logistics for parts requiring external vendor repair, including process RMA documentation, and track repair progress and turnaround time with vendors.
• Maintain accurate ERP/WMS records for inventory movements, repairs, scrap, and stock transactions.
• Perform timely data updates to support inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Strictly adhere to with Class 10/100 cleanroom procedures, chemical safety requirements, PPE protocols, and contamination control standards.
