Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Service Engineer (Semiconductor) to support customers in a Class 1000 cleanroom, performing processing, inspections, and piece handling on specialized machines.

You will liaise with customers and internal teams in Singapore and Japan, manage project inquiries, and contribute to workflow improvements. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and hands-on problem solving are required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering.
Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing process and cleanroom environment advantageous.
Hands-on with an eye for details and great organisational skills.
Pro-active with a positive mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Machine training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Process customer work pieces per requirements in a Class 1000 cleanroom.
Conduct incoming and outgoing inspection checks.
Dicing and/or grinding of work pieces on company machines.
Collect measurement data to confirm conformity to specifications.
Pack customer work pieces accordingly.
Discuss with customers on technical requirements and provide processing recommendations.
Project management and follow-up of all customer enquiries.
Follow operating procedures and workflows.
Liaise with internal stakeholders in Singapore and with Japan.
Suggest improvements to workflow and cost reduction.
