Job summary

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented technician to process customer work pieces in a Class 1000 cleanroom environment at the Tai Seng site.

You will conduct inspections, dice/grind pieces, collect data, and ensure conformance to specifications while packing components for shipment. You will interact with customers on technical requirements, provide processing method recommendations, and manage project follow-ups with internal teams in Singapore and Japan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred).
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing process and cleanroom environment is advantageous.
• Hands-on with attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proactive with a positive mindset.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Machine training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer work pieces in a Class 1000 cleanroom according to requirements.
• Perform incoming and outgoing inspection checks.
• Dice and/or grind work pieces on company machines.
• Collect measurement data to verify conformity to specifications.
• Pack customer work pieces according to procedures.
• Discuss technical requirements with customers and recommend processing methods.
• Manage projects and follow up on customer inquiries.

Job Description

Responsible for processing customer work pieces according to customer requirements in a Class 1000 cleanroom environment. Processing of work pieces includes the following tasks:

• Conduct incoming and outgoing inspection checks.
• Dicing and/ or grinding of work pieces on the company's machines.
• Collect measurement data to confirm conformity to specifications.
• Pack customer work pieces accordingly.
• Discussion with customers on technical requirements. Provide recommendations on best processing method.
• Project management and follow-up of all customer enquiries.
• Follow operating procedures and work flows.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders within Singapore and with Japan.
• Suggest improvements to work flow and/ or ideas for cost reduction.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering field.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing process and cleanroom environment will be advantageous.
• Hands-on with an eye for details and great organisational skills.
• Pro-active with a positive mindset.
