Job summary

Alphaeus Pte Ltd is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to provide first level off-site support to end-users, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

You will handle incident tracking, respond to queries via voicemail, email or fax, and coordinate user account administration including activations and terminations. Candidates with IT support or call centre experience and knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, MS Outlook and mobile devices are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first level off-site support to end-users, troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
• Provide accessible, timely, effective, efficient, and professional quality service to resolve problems.
• Prompt response to queries via voicemail / email / fax.
• Incident tracking and first & second level resolution for desktop, LAN, WAN and voice service requests.
• Coordination for user account administration, activation, changes, and terminations.
• Receive and answer all users' IT service request calls.
