Job summary

ALPHAEUS PTE. LTD. seeks an IT support specialist to provide remote/off-site assistance within a healthcare setting. You will handle incoming calls, triage service requests, and perform first-level troubleshooting to restore services efficiently.

The role requires a technical qualification such as NITEC/Diploma in IT and a willingness to learn. A 5-day roster including weekends and public holidays is expected, with hours spanning 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
• N-Level qualifications considered with at least 1 year of relevant IT support experience.
• Basic knowledge of desktop/laptop troubleshooting and Windows environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote/off-site IT support to end users within a healthcare environment.
• Attend to incoming calls and IT service requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and resolution for technical issues.
• Respond promptly to user queries received via phone, voicemail, email, and other support channels.
• Accurately assess, diagnose, and resolve reported IT issues.
• Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests through to resolution.
• Provide first and second-level support for desktops, LAN, WAN, centralized infrastructure, and voice services.
• Support user account administration including activation, modification, and termination.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate support teams.
• Provide timely updates to users on status and resolution of reported issues.
• Ensure requests and incidents are handled per service standards and SLAs.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and user satisfaction.
