Alphaeus Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Intern, Service Desk Engineer to join our IT support team. You will gain hands-on experience in user support, incident management, and technical troubleshooting in a dynamic consultancy environment.

This role covers first-line hardware, software, network and account issues, plus documenting incidents in ITSM tools. Immediate start is welcomed; expect a minimum 6-month commitment and a 5.5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Passion for IT and service delivery.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic IT knowledge: systems, networks, and user account management.
• Commitment: 5.5 days, minimum 6 months; immediate availability welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, network, and access issues.
• Assist with accounts: setup, password resets, and system access controls.
• Document incidents and resolutions in ITSM tools.
• Support IMAC requests: installations, moves, adds, and changes.
• Escalate issues to relevant technical teams when needed.
