Alphaeus Pte Ltd is seeking motivated individuals to join its IT Support team in Singapore. This entry-level role serves as the initial contact for users with technical issues and offers training.

Responsibilities include handling calls, emails, and voicemails, resolving issues efficiently, logging incidents, and assisting with account management. Location is South with 5 working days and staggered 7.30 AM–9 PM hours.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate well to end-users by phone.
• Willingness to learn IT concepts with training provided.
• No prior technical experience required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for users via phone, email, and voicemail.
• Troubleshoot IT issues and provide a professional support experience.
• Log and manage incidents from start to finish.
• Assist with employee lifecycle by handling user account creation, profile updates, and access terminations.
