Ideal candidates have 1 year in desktop support, Windows 10, and Office 365 experience; certifications such as CompTIA or Microsoft are advantageous. Strong communication and prioritization skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Min. ITE/Diploma graduate with 1 year experience in desktop support.
• Proficient in Windows 10 and Office 365.
• Possess at least one of the following certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Client, Microsoft Certified: Managing Modern Desktops.
• Previous IT helpdesk or call centre support experience, including remote support, is a plus.
• Demonstrate knowledge in workstation support and related components.
• Good verbal and written communication, coordination and prioritization skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform Desktop Support services to users including receiving, prioritizing, documenting and resolving end user requests.
• Escalate incidents to meet SLA and customer satisfaction.
• Imaging/re-imaging of devices.
• Perform asset inventories.
• Provide technical escalation to 3rd party vendors or resolver groups.
• Update incident records and create/update work instructions.
• Document standards and procedures; handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
