Qualifikationen

• 2 to 7 years work experience in the human services sector.
• Experience in programme design and/or planning is advantageous.
• Ability to analyse data and apply insights to service improvements.

Aufgaben

• Oversee development and growth of effective services and initiatives that meet service user needs.
• Implement service strategies and plans to address identified needs and gaps.
• Partner with social service agencies, government agencies and stakeholders to develop strategies.
• Guide SSAs in service development to meet prioritised needs and gaps.
• Manage budgetary operations and funding allocations; assess and evaluate current initiatives.
• Support the Services Group as required.
