Duties & Responsibilities

• Hosting Guest at their tables
• Customer Service / Waiting on guest
• Taking food and drink order
• Barista & Pantry Duties
• Bussing and clearing tables
• General housekeeping
• Preparation, table set up
• Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods
• Ensure cleanliness and timely services are always rendered to guests
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor.
