Job summary

ACID BAR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a motivated server to greet guests, take orders, and ensure a positive dining experience. You will maintain knowledge of the menu and promotions while delivering timely service in a lively bar setting.

The role involves taking orders, serving beverages and food, handling payments, and maintaining hygiene standards. Overtime, staff meals, transportation, and regular incentives are offered, with potential sign-on bonuses and annual increments.

Qualifications

• Past server experience to perform customer service tasks.
• Ability to work on a shift basis, 5 days per week, to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Taking beverage orders and serving them to guests on a timely manner.
• Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and any special offers.
• Pick-up food orders from kitchen and communicate to the chef regarding any special preferences or allergy.
• Accurately process and collect payments from guests.
• Clear tables and prepare for service for the next guests.
• Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas.
• Always take responsibility for ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Comfortable working in a non-Halal environment.
• Perform any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as requested by Supervisors or Managers.
