Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking a friendly and proactive guest-facing team member to deliver attentive service in a fast-paced retail/café environment.

You will welcome guests, take beverage orders, relay kitchen requests, and process payments while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area and upholding brand standards daily.

Qualifications

• Welcome and serve guests in a timely, friendly manner according to standards.
• Be proficient with beverage orders and point-of-sale transactions.
• Know the menu, promotions and any special offers for guests.
• Handle orders to kitchen and relay any allergies or special requests.
• Ensure accurate payment processing and receipt handling.
• Maintain clean tables and dining areas; support closing duties.
• Deliver a positive guest experience consistently.
• Comfortable working in a non-Halal environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Taking beverage orders and serving them to guests on a timely manner
• Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and any special offers
• Pick-up food orders from kitchen and communicate to the chef regarding any special preferences or allergy
• Accurately process and collect payments from guests
• Clear tables and prepare for service for the next guests
• Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas
• Always take responsibility for ensuring a positive guest experience
• Comfortable working in a non-Halal environment
• Perform any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as requested by Supervisors or Managers
