Job summary

INITIA GROUP in Singapore is seeking Bar Staff / F&B Service Crew for an entry-level role in F&B Operations. You will deliver beverages to guests, support the Front of House, and help maintain service standards and beverage presentation.

The role offers a full-time salary of SGD 2,500–2,700 per month, with a 6-day work week and 1 day off. Weekday and weekend rates apply; opportunities for training and development are provided to grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, customer service, or a similar environment is an advantage; training may be provided for suitable candidates.
• Experience in fast-food, restaurants,or hospitality environments is an advantage.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and uphold the tea house and dessert shop’s concepts and service standards.
• Team player with good work ethic and professional grooming and hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Serve beverages professionally and according to tea house and dessert shop service standards.
• Assist in basic beverage preparation tasks according to established procedures, where required.
• Monitor beverage orders and communicate issues to relevant team members.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and refer enquiries or concerns to the appropriate service staff or supervisor.
• Assist in clearing used glasses, cups, and other beverage-related items when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of beverage service areas, trays, and equipment.
• Assist with restocking beverages, cups, ice, garnishes, and other service supplies.
• Follow tea house and dessert shop SOPs, food hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other operational duties to support business needs.
• Support promotions, events, and other shop activities when required.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and collaborative working environment.
• Perform other operational duties as required to support the tea house and dessert shop’s business needs.

Job Title: Bar Staff / F&B Service Crew

Job Level: Entry-level

Department: F&B Operations

Full-Time Rate: $2,500 to $2,700/month

Schedule: 6 working days per week | 1 day off per week

Entry-Level Weekday Rate: $13/hour to $15/hour

Experienced Weekend Rate: $15/hour to $18/hour

Schedule: Minimum 4 days/week, 20 hours/week minimum, up to 35 hours/week

Overall Job Objectives:

The Bar Staff / F&B Service Crew is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of beverages from the bar to guests' tables. The role supports the Front of House team by ensuring drinks are delivered efficiently, tables are properly maintained, and beverage service standards are consistently followed.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
