Job description

Mackay is currently seeking a fulltime Service Coordinator with experience in the maritime industry and proficient in English to work the evening shift and onsite in our Singapore depot. The work hours are Monday - Thursday from 13:00 to 22:00 and on Sunday from 9:00 to 18:00.

Sponsorship is NOT available; applicants must be legally authorized to work in Singapore.

Service Coordinator Job Summary

The Service Coordinator must have strong customer service skills, technical skills, and organizational skills. The Service Coordinator is responsible quickly responding to customer inquiries, assessing clients' needs, communicating job progress, resolving issues, and making sure the daily service requirements are met in a timely manner. The Service Coordinator will properly identify and pull the parts and equipment needed for the job and dispatch the technician who has the knowledge to fix it right the first time.
