MASS POWER SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Service Coordinator to oversee scheduling of service activities, liaise with customers and technicians, and ensure timely delivery of services. You will handle inquiries, coordinate with departments, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires a NITEC in Electrical Engineering and experience with Marine Navigation system repair/repair services, strong planning and coordination skills, and a location in Tuas Area, Singapore.

Formación

• NITEC in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Good knowledge in Marine Navigation planning & coordination.
• Working location in Tuas Area.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and schedule service activities with customers, technicians and management.
• Handle customer enquiries via email and phone, providing timely information.
• Generate sales from customer enquiries when appropriate.
• Coordinate fulfillment discrepancies with customers.
• Resolve customer complaints concerning billing or services.
• Answer questions about services or products and the maintenance of the organization.
• Ensure effective customer service by coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Plan allocation of service engineers for jobs and maintain accurate records.
