Job summary

TALENT TITANS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable logistics professional to handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing.

You will liaise with suppliers, manage stock and international logistics, and ensure accurate invoicing while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. The role requires 1–2 years in maritime/logistics and a diploma or degree in a related field; teamwork and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of work experience in maritime/logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customers’ inquiries and provide after sales assistance.
• Prepare quotations, delivery orders, purchase orders and invoicing.
• Liaise with suppliers and manage price negotiations and delivery.
• Manage stock inventory and logistics for local and overseas stock points.
• Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
• Work efficiently under minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team with strong communication and project management skills.
