Marine Care Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Co-ordinator to manage day-to-day maritime service tasks, handle customer inquiries, prepare documents, and liaise with suppliers. Based in Singapore, you will play a key role in delivering seamless after-sales support.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in the maritime sector, a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Maritime Studies, and a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Maritime Studies.
• Experience in Shipchandler preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years in maritime industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
• Prepare quotations, delivery orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Liaise with suppliers for pricing, delivery, and order management.
• Participate in team meetings and share best practices.
• Demonstrate strong multitasking skills and work independently.
