Job Description
  • Perform test ride (bike)
  • Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations on motorcycle maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer needs.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with mechanic to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service jobs
  • Communicate with customers regarding service timelines, updates, and any additional repairs or maintenance needed
  • Generate quotations, invoices and process payments accurately
  • Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Manager
