Job Summary

If you are seeking an opportunity to grow in the field of Service Administration, Emerson has an exciting role for you! This position will be responsible for Service Administrative activities per contractual obligations and company internal compliance requirements.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Service Coordination
  • Act as primary support for the service team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and monitor service activities.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely service and resolution of issues.
  • Prepare manual Delivery Order for all valves ship out from the workshop.
Order Management & Shipment Arrangement
  • Manage and update the Service Tracker and database.
  • Monitor progress and ensure completion of service activities.
  • Prepare and process Invoices and service reports.
  • Upload all relevant service-related emails & documents in the Pressure Relieve Valves (PRV) Order Folder after billing.
  • Handles Late Backlog Review & Date Management.
  • Handles monthly sales forecast and achieves the target.
  • Report monthly service numbers.
  • Handles last-minute schedule changes or emergencies efficiently.
  • File/upload all the supporting documents to the share‑point order folders in accordance with the record‑keeping guidelines.
Payment collection/negotiation
  • Prepare proforma invoice to collect advance payment.
  • Work with finance for any credit hold release.
  • Invoicing with all the supporting documents.
  • Submission of Tax Invoice and supporting documents to the customer.
  • Escalates outstanding issues to supervisors when regular follow‑up with the concerned parties does not yield results.
  • Any other assignments assigned from time to time by direct supervisor/manager.

  • Knowledge in valves, SAP/Oracle will be an added advantage.

  • Interaction with internal and external personnel.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Degree/ Diploma in Business Studies, logistic, Engineering with 1 to 2 years experience in similar or related fields will be an added advantage.
  • Keen learning attitude and aptitude.
