Job summary

TD Bank Financial Group in Singapore seeks a Workspace Engineer to deliver desk-side and remote support for the Asia Pacific user community, owning incidents through resolution and contributing to operational resilience, documentation, and automation.

The role involves supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365 apps, and enterprise tools (SCCM/Intune, Citrix/VDI) across Front Office and Back Office users, with a rostered 9-hour shift and on-site/on-call expectations.

Qualifications

Approximately 5 years of hands-on desktop/workspace or end-user computing support in a corporate environment.
Experience troubleshooting Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365 applications, hardware, printers, peripherals, mobile devices and connectivity.
Familiarity with SCCM/MECM, Intune and IT service-management platforms like ServiceNow.
Ability to work independently within a global follow-the-sun support model.

Responsibilities

Provide end-user desk-side and remote support for Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 apps.
Support Front Office and Back Office users with desktop applications like Bloomberg, Reuters/LSEG, Tradeweb and trader-telephony solutions.
Own incidents and escalations through resolution and communicate progress.
Manage endpoint lifecycle including imaging, deployment and device maintenance.
Document troubleshooting steps, asset changes and resolutions in ServiceNow.
Collaborate with stakeholders and other Technology teams.
Represent Workspace Support in deployments and automation initiatives.
