Job summary

TD Securities is seeking a Workspace Engineer to provide desk-side and remote technology support for the Asia Pacific user community. You will own incidents, assist Front Office and Back Office users with desktop apps like Bloomberg/Reuters, and maintain endpoint devices while contributing to automation and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years or more of hands-on desktop, workspace or end-user computing support experience in a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365 applications, hardware, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, connectivity and user-profile issues.
• Experience supporting a high-volume, time-sensitive environment with multiple incidents without losing ownership or quality.
• Working knowledge of endpoint deployment tools such as SCCM/MECM and Intune; familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable supporting senior stakeholders under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive desk-side and remote support for Windows endpoints and user devices.
• Support Front Office, Back Office and traders with desktop applications and telephony solutions.
• Own incidents through resolution and coordinate with engineering teams and vendors as needed.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle: image, deploy, upgrade and recover devices and peripherals.
• Document troubleshooting steps and asset changes in ServiceNow for auditability.
• Collaborate with global teams to support a follow-the-sun model.
