Job summary

TD Securities in Singapore is seeking a Workspace Engineer to provide desk-side and remote end-user support across the Asia Pacific region. You will own incidents through resolution, maintain user experience, and contribute to documentation, automation and continuous improvement.

The role covers support for Front Office, Back Office, executives, and trading platforms, with a focus on Windows 11, Microsoft 365, SCCM/Intune and enterprise service-management practices while collaborating with

Qualifications

Approximately 5+ years of hands-on desk-side or end-user computing support experience in a corporate environment.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365 applications, hardware, printers and user-profile issues.
Experience supporting a high-volume, time-sensitive environment with multiple incidents or requests.
Working knowledge of enterprise endpoint deployment and management tools (SCCM/MECM, Intune).
Familiarity with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow) and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

Provide desk-side and remote end-user support for APAC users, including Front Office, Back Office and executives.
Own incidents and requests, set expectations, communicate progress and restore service within targets.
Support trading-floor users with market-data platforms and trader-telephony solutions where applicable.
Document troubleshooting steps, evidence and asset changes in ServiceNow.
Contribute to automation, scripts, and process improvements.
