Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data-driven insights.
• Proficient in inventory systems (Murho training provided).
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to manage internal and external relationships.
• Familiarity with GDPMDS regulations is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Murho order and tracking system with regular inventory updates and pricing.| training provided.
• Enhance and improve the Murho system to support new vendor onboarding programs.
• Assist in completing Murho project tasks and prepare weekly progress reports.
• Oversee inventory management, packaging, and material handling within DSO supply chain.
• Liaise with overseas vendors to ensure timely procurement and consolidate internal orders.
• Maintain documentation for purchase orders, shipments, and invoices, and support audits.
• Support customer coordination for clinics and assist with sales and e-commerce operations.
• Analyze procurement data and present regular reports to the Managing Director.
• Participate in events or logistics tasks as needed and identify process improvements.
