Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day incoming/outgoing orders and inventory records.
• Coordinate between admin and operation staff; lead warehouse assistants.
• Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.
• Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Provide customer service via phone and email.
• Prepare shipping documents and import/export paperwork per SOP.
• Monitor shipments for clearance and delivery.
• Ensure KPIs are met for all activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
