Job summary

FP Global is seeking a Senior Vice President, Client Services in Singapore to lead the Hedge Fund client services team and own client strategy, service delivery and profitability for a portfolio of sophisticated hedge fund clients.

You will manage a team of Relationship Managers and Executive Relationship Managers, drive cross-sell opportunities, and oversee risk, SLAs and change initiatives while partnering with senior leadership across the firm.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience within financial services, with strong exposure to hedge funds / fund administration.
• Significant experience in Client Services / Relationship Management.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, accounting, operational processes and servicing models.
• Proven experience managing senior / C-suite client relationships.
• Commercial understanding of client profitability, revenue and resource management.
• Strong risk, problem-solving and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; professional accounting qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Relationship Managers and Executive Relationship Managers across a portfolio of sophisticated hedge fund clients, with responsibility for:
• Client Leadership: Build and maintain C-suite relationships, understand client strategy and priorities, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction, retention and engagement.
• Commercial Ownership: Oversee client profitability, revenue forecasting, accruals, FTE analysis and payment performance, while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and revenue growth.
• Client & Business Development: Partner with BD on new client pitches, system demonstrations, onboarding and client allocation, ensuring new business can be effectively supported by the team.
• Operational Leadership: Provide senior oversight across service delivery, operational escalations, client SLAs, process improvements and complex servicing issues.
• Risk & Change: Oversee client risk assessments, high-risk relationships, non-standard processes, fund pipelines and migrations between offices, ensuring appropriate controls and communication.
• Team & Resource Leadership: Manage team capacity, headcount requirements, performance, development and succession, while ensuring consistent approaches across the RM function.
• Strategic Projects: Lead local and global initiatives designed to improve efficiency, strengthen the Client Services function and enhance the overall client experience.
• Senior Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leadership and operational teams across the organisation, acting as a key escalation point and ensuring alignment across functions.
• 15+ years of experience within financial services, with strong exposure to hedge funds / fund administration.
