Apex Fund Services (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Fund Accounting Manager for hedge funds in Singapore. The role focuses on leading NAV preparation, client deliverables, and fund administration excellence.

You will review fund payments, manage fees calculations, and liaise with clients, brokers, and custodians to resolve queries. Strong governance and AML/KYC compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years Senior Fund Accounting experience or equivalent in fund administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• NAV preparation and review for fund administration clients.
• Reviewing and processing fund payments to fund manager and third parties.
• Calculation of management fees, performance fees, interest, and accruals.
• Liaising with clients, brokers and custodians to address queries.
• Adoption, integration and setup of new funds per procedures.
• Ensure SSAE 16/SSAE 18 Type II compliance and other requirements.
• Prepare audit deliverables and respond to audit queries.
• Perform AML/KYC checks on new investors and ensure compliance.
• Support in development of client relationships and meeting deadlines.
