Job summary

FP Global in Singapore is seeking a senior client service professional to own a portfolio of real estate fund clients, acting as the primary point of contact between clients and our delivery teams. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on client outcomes and renewals.

You will own onboarding, configure reporting structures, and manage day-to-day client queries. You will coordinate across fund accounting, middle office, investor relations, AML/KYC, tax reporting,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with real estate fund administration or accounting.
• Owned client relationships and onboarding processes.
• Ability to manage complex client issues end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of real estate fund clients as the senior point of contact.
• Lead onboarding and establish reporting structures for new mandates.
• Field client queries and own escalation when issues arise.
• Coordinate across fund accounting, middle office, investor relations, AML/KYC, tax, treasury, and secretarial.
• Lead the audit process alongside clients and auditors.
