Job summary

STRIVEX PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Client Services VP/SVP to lead the Private Markets fund administration platform, oversee client delivery and drive operational excellence.

The role requires a strong background in Private Markets, 10+ years of relevant experience, and proven team leadership. You will oversee NAV, reporting, investor servicing, and onboarding of new funds to ensure top-tier service across institutional clients.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership role in fund administration
• Experience servicing Private Markets clients
• Strong experience in team management and development
• Solid understanding of fund accounting and private markets structures

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team delivering fund administration and accounting services to institutional clients
• Oversee NAV calculations, financial reporting and other key fund deliverables
• Manage investor servicing activities including onboarding, capital activity and reporting
• Review fund documentation and ensure terms reflected in accounting/reporting
• Collaborate with clients and service providers for timely delivery
• Own client queries and escalations, maintaining high service levels
• Lead onboarding of new funds and clients, including documentation review
• Partner with internal stakeholders on wider business and client initiatives
