Qualifications

Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to navigate matrix organizations and lead without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Own and develop strategic relationships with key client decision-makers and executives.
Identify opportunities to expand wallet share and deepen partnerships.
Create and execute account strategies that support revenue growth and retention.
Monitor client sentiment, satisfaction, and relationship health; manage risks.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across client service, product, operations, and sales.
