Job summary

Koch is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst (Travel & Expense) to support the Global T&E function. You will apply global policies, partner with stakeholders across Koch companies, and help drive efficient expense processes and card programs.

You will work with APAC regions, manage corporate card requests, coordinate KYC, and contribute to audits and governance, while enabling automation and improved controls across travel and expense operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong customer focus and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Effective communication across diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Mandarin language proficiency to support regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply T&E processes and global policies across business units.
• Support onboarding of corporate card programs within APAC.
• Manage corporate card requests and inquiries.
• Coordinate KYC requirements and maintain program governance.
• Respond to T&E queries, including expense submissions, reimbursements, and policy interpretation.
• Assist employees with business travel-related inquiries and booking issues.
• Drive process improvements through automation, simplification, and standardization.
• Conduct T&E audit reviews, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Escalate exceptions where required and provide guidance to employees.
