Job summary

Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) in Singapore is offering an Accounting Intern position for a full-time commitment of at least 3 to 6 months. You will work with the Singapore Accounting Team on a wide range of accounting processes in a multinational environment, gaining hands-on exposure.

Responsibilities include assisting in month-end closings, data collection, and basic financial analyses, with emphasis on accuracy and organizational skills.

Our Team

The Singapore Accounting Team manages the finance and accounting activities for APAC region. The team consists of two accountants responsible for daily accounting operations, financial reporting and business support. The intern will work closely with the team and gain hands‑on exposure to a wide range of accounting and finance processes in a multinational environment.

What You Will Do

• Assist in month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
• Help maintain finance filing and document retention requirements.
• Verify invoice details, purchase orders, approvals, and coding accuracy.
• Assist with data collection and basic financial analysis.
• Respond to routine finance administrative requests.
• Perform other ad hoc accounting and finance duties as assigned.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in:
• Accounting
• Finance
• Business Administration

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, pivot tables preferred).
