Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Change Management Lead to develop and drive transformation initiatives. You will manage clear communications, engage stakeholders across levels, and coordinate readiness activities in partnership with HR and business teams.

The role focuses on delivering structured change programmes, monitoring progress and supporting employee adoption throughout the transformation journey.

Formación

• At least 8 years of experience in change management, business transformation or project management.
• Experience supporting organisational change initiatives or transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills across functions and seniorities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with senior engagement.
• Experience in financial services or insurance is preferred; certification is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the change management plan with activities, timelines and milestones.
• Assess impact on employees, processes and ways of working; identify risks and readiness gaps.
• Coordinate employee communications, FAQs, town halls and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Communications and business teams to align change initiatives and training needs.
• Monitor progress, provide management updates and support adoption throughout transformation.
