Accenture PLC in Singapore seeks an HR Change Lead to drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and business readiness for HR transformation. You will collaborate with business, HR, and project teams to enable sustainable change across the organization.

You will develop and execute change management strategies, assess impacts, design adoption plans, and align new processes with people. A passion for AI-powered tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to support delivery is highly valued.

Competenze

Advanced proficiency in Change Management.
Experience with stakeholder management and adoption planning.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to articulate value cases and business impact of technology-enabled change.
Passion for leveraging AI to support stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and change delivery.
