Qualifications

8+ years of consultancy or leadership experience with demonstrated impact in change management.
Experience in transformation projects for Consumer Product, Retail or Financial services industries.
Strong general consulting and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management and communication up to CxO level.
Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead workforce and organisation change initiatives for clients.
Shape Future of Work and people capability strategies.
Facilitate workshops with client leaders to define and measure people strategies.
Support design of new virtual working models enabled by technology.
Provide data-backed findings and recommendations.
Contribute to business development through proposals and viewpoints.
