SingHealth is seeking a Senior Assistant/Manager to join the Office of Strategy Management's Change Management Unit. You will drive organisational transformation and develop change management strategies across SingHealth, leading or supporting multiple strategic projects with diverse stakeholders.

You will shape change initiatives, monitor progress, and prepare briefs for senior leaders and the Board, while guiding junior team members and strengthening change management capabilities across

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an in-house strategy, corporate development or change management role within a large, matrix organisation.
• Experience in strategy or management consulting is preferred; healthcare sector knowledge advantageous.
• Strong structured thinking and issue-based problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels.
• Strong project and stakeholder management with ability to handle multiple priorities within tight timelines.
• Curious, resilient, with ownership mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.

Responsabilités

• Support OSM leaders in developing strategic change management plans.
• Collaborate with project managers and domain leads to communicate and implement change initiatives across the cluster.
• Monitor progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with minimal operational disruption.
• Develop frameworks, research and briefings for senior leaders and the Board.
• Prepare communications, engagements, and workshops; support business cases, success measures and operating model changes.
• Provide secretariat support for management meetings, townhalls and retreats, including materials and presentations.
