• Source, screen and manage candidate expectations throughout the process.
• Promote Morgan McKinley and services to candidates and clients.
• Build long-term relationships as a career partner for candidates and clients.
• Develop leads to create a strong talent pipeline and achieve targets.
• Collaborate across teams and support cross-selling.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets with SMART plans.
• Manage client relationships and provide excellent service to clients and candidates.
• Create a specialist proposition and talent pool for client engagement.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives to elevate the recruiter profile.
