Qualifications

• Tech recruitment experience with 360 recruitment exposure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• CEI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
• Source and screen candidates for technology roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Support business development through market research and outreach.
• Contribute to recruitment initiatives that drive growth.
