Qualifications

• Proven track record as a recruitment consultant from an agency sales driven environment for at least 3 years recruiting for HR positions.
• Problem solver, inquisitive and resourceful.
• Organised in thinking and approach to work, able to multitask efficiently.
• Outstanding communication and influencing/interpersonal skills.
• Professional, self-motivated with a relentlessly positive attitude, eager to learn and a team player.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-confidence, thrives under pressure and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and manage candidate expectations effectively throughout the entire process.
• Sell Morgan McKinley, our clients, services, current opportunities and you as a consultant to candidates.
• Be a career partner to your candidates and clients, ensuring alignment between all parties.
• Identify and generate leads to develop a strong pipeline and achieve success on your desk.
• Collaborate across your team and the wider business sharing information and supporting cross-selling.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets by establishing and executing SMART goals and plans.
• Initiate, develop and manage client business relationships and provide excellent service to our clients and candidates alike.
• Build a specialist proposition and talent pool to engage potential clients.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives to elevate your profile as a specialist recruiter through blogs, events, media, and marketing collaterals.
• Compliant to company policies and data protection guidelines.
