• Experience as a tech recruiter with 360 recruitment experience.
• Ability to source, screen and place candidates end-to-end.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
• Recruit talent for Technology roles across the business.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Support business development through market research, outreach, networking, and client engagement.
• Contribute to recruitment and sales initiatives to drive growth.
