Job summary

Morgan McKinley seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruitment across technology and corporate functions, using advanced sourcing strategies and market insights to map external landscapes and strengthen employer branding.

You will act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, applying data-driven decision making and Generative AI tools to calibrate pipelines and secure high-impact hires across Southeast Asia regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruitment experience in software/product/data engineering.
• Experience advising senior leadership and guiding strategic hiring decisions.
• Proficient in proactive direct-search techniques (Boolean search, talent databases, targeted outreach).
• Experience researching competitor org structures and regional/global talent landscapes.
• Experience incorporating generative AI productivity platforms into recruiting workflows.
• University outreach, talent engagement, or employer branding experience is a plus.
• Ability to leverage recruitment data and market insights to calibrate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Track industry talent movements and map external pools to anticipate demand.
• Apply structured assessments and debriefs to maintain hiring standards.
• Lead headhunting campaigns for hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Collaborate with leaders to evaluate metrics and adjust sourcing tactics.
• Partner with managers to diagnose talent needs and align on selection.
• Integrate generative AI into daily workflows to accelerate research and scheduling.
• Assist university engagement, recruitment marketing, and candidate outreach campaigns.
