1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks a Technical Delivery Manager to oversee IT application development, maintenance, delivery and infrastructure setup across Equities Trading, ETS platforms, and digital banking systems.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, define plans, drive Agile/DevOps, manage risks, report to governance forums, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness and smooth go-lives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
15+ years of technology delivery experience, preferably in banking.
Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs.
SaaS/cloud implementations and mobile app development.
Strong knowledge of Equity/FX trading systems and trading platforms.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives (e.g., trading platforms, digital banking systems).
Define and manage delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
Drive Agile/DevOps practices while aligning with delivery frameworks.
Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, infrastructure, and support.
Provide governance over solution design, architecture, and technical implementation.
Ensure production readiness, release planning, and post-go-live support.
