Job summary

Exasoft Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior IT Delivery Lead to plan, coordinate and deliver technical releases across multiple application teams within banking projects.

You will ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes in line with enterprise standards and security requirements. Collaborating with System Analysts, Business Solution Specialists and Development Managers, you will manage dependencies, mitigate risks, oversee SIT/UAT and post-implementation support, and document progress for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar domain.
• At least 8 years of experience in actual systems development including coding, specifications and testing.
• At least 5 years of experience in delivering global IT capabilities for a multinational company.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing IT delivery teams.
• Experience in banking domain and communicating with technical stakeholders.
• Java Spring Boot and Microservices experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan technical deliverables to meet project requirements within schedule and quality.
• Coordinate across application teams to manage technical dependencies.
• Identify, monitor and manage risks/issues related to delivery.
• Provide status updates related to technical delivery.
• Collaborate with System Analysts and Solution Specialists on requirements.
• Ensure solution design complies with enterprise standards and security.
• Support SIT, UAT, performance/load testing and security testing with quality results.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans and post-implementation support.
• Escalate issues affecting schedule and propose resolutions.
• Produce documentation adhering to templates and standards.
