Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking a senior technical leader in Singapore to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise web APIs, microservices and data models within Cards Technology. You will own architecture, ensure security alignment, and push modernization while coordinating onshore and offshore teams.

The role requires deep SDLC, Agile, and DevOps experience, strong collaboration with risk, infra and testing, and the ability to mentor high-performing delivery teams in a global bank

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/IT or related field.
• At least 12 years of software development and delivery leadership experience.
• Experience with enterprise web APIs, microservices and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of open-system applications in Cards Tech.
• Drive modernization, DevOps compliance and governance.
• Oversee architecture, design reviews, code quality and performance.
• Coordinate onshore/offshore teams and stakeholder alignment.
• Mentor teams and ensure SIT/UAT and production readiness.
