Job summary

SMARTE CARTE SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will post ads across platforms, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and prepare offers and LOAs.

You will also handle work pass applications, onboarding records in HMS, and periodic HR reporting, while ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies. Airport pass eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in recruitment across various platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Able to adapt to change and be a good team player.
• Able to obtain an Airport Pass (Airside).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, posting, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Post job ads on newspapers, online portals, schools, community portals and agencies.
• Pre-screen resumes and shortlist candidates; update candidates on outcomes.
• Conduct virtual or in-person interviews/assessments for non-exec and supervisor roles.
• Communicate progress with hiring managers and provide timely updates.
• Prepare Letters of Appointment and brief new hires on terms.
• Facilitate orientation sessions for smooth onboarding.
• Input and maintain master records in HMS; ensure onboarding/offboarding accuracy.
• Handle work pass applications and renewals.
• Support offboarding, exit interviews, and clearance processes.
• Oversee staff confirmation, contract renewals and resignations.
• Compile weekly/monthly HR reports including headcount changes.
