Qualifications

  • 7+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, ideally in construction.
  • IHRP-CP certification preferred.
  • Experience with employer branding on social media.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HRBPs and HMs to understand manpower needs.
  • Execute and manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
  • Review and enhance talent pipeline channels.
  • Drive communication of Employee Value Proposition.
  • Engage hiring managers on best recruitment practices.
  • Optimize hiring workflows and adopt relevant technologies.
  • Track recruitment metrics for management reporting.
