Goldtech Resources Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on high-volume blue-collar and technical roles. The role emphasizes NTS Technician hiring and building scalable talent pipelines.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR partners to understand manpower needs, design sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, and drive process improvements in recruitment operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Regional recruitment exposure within Southeast Asia is preferred.
• Hands-on end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies and functions.
• Experience in direct sourcing and candidate pipeline development.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Familiar with ATS, recruitment reporting and hiring analytics.
• Good understanding of Southeast Asian talent markets and practices.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to hiring.
