Job summary

Adecco Portugal partners with a Singapore-based organisation to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a growing technical and site-based workforce. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, and collaborate with Operations and HR to meet hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on direct sourcing, market mapping, and data-driven recruitment strategies to support ongoing business requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume technical or site-based recruitment.
• Experience recruiting technicians, skilled workers or similar technical workforce populations would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in direct sourcing and developing candidate pipelines.
• Experience using multiple recruitment channels and sourcing methods.
• Good understanding of technical talent markets and recruitment trends.
• Experience working with operational stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment reporting.
• Good organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements.
• Proactive and resourceful approach to sourcing and recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding.
• Support recurring and high-volume recruitment requirements for technical and site-based positions.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies through direct sourcing, referrals, professional networks, technical institutions, career events and other appropriate channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future recruitment requirements.
• Conduct market mapping and research to identify relevant talent pools.
• Partner with Operations, Site Managers and HR stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements and hiring priorities.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, recruitment trends and sourcing effectiveness.
• Monitor recruitment activity and provide updates on hiring progress and recruitment metrics.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment data within the ATS.
• Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and applicable employment requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing approaches and recruitment processes.
