Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for technician and NTS roles. You will manage large, recurring hiring needs, source through diverse channels, and partner with site leadership and HR to align with manpower targets.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in HR/Business with 5+ years in high-volume recruitment, especially for NTS technicians or technical manpower.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, especially high-volume, blue-collar, technician or operational hiring.
• Experience recruiting NTS Technicians or comparable technical manpower.
• Strong hands-on capability in candidate sourcing and talent pipeline building.
• Good understanding of the technical manpower landscape and alternative sourcing channels.
• Comfortable partnering with Operations, Site Managers and other business stakeholders.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment data/reporting tools would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for Technician and NTS hiring, including attraction, assessment, coordiation, offer and onboarding.
• Manage large and recurring hiring requirements while meeting timelines and manpower targets.
• Identify and engage potential candidates through referrals, industry networks, technical schools, social platforms, career events and community networks.
• Conduct market and competitor mapping to uncover new sources of technical talent.
• Establish a ready pool of suitable candidates for immediate vacancies and upcoming demands.
• Collaborate with site leadership, operations teams and HR stakeholders on workforce gaps and priorities.
• Share insights on candidate availability, market conditions and channel effectiveness.
• Maintain recruitment records and monitor hiring progress and performance.
• Ensure hiring activities comply with internal procedures and employment requirements.
