Job summary

REDINGTON DISTRIBUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (SESA) to drive end-to-end recruitment for ASEAN and broader South Asia, sourcing mid-to-senior level talent across IT distribution, cloud, cybersecurity, and supply chain.

You will partner with regional leaders to define profiles, benchmarks, and timelines, while delivering a high-touch candidate experience and maintaining ATS data integrity in a compliant Singapore market.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in IT distribution, cloud/tech vendor ecosystems or tech recruitment.
• Regional exposure in Singapore and SESA markets (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh).
• Deep knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM work pass procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding across Singapore and SESA markets.
• Partner with regional leaders to define profiles, salary benchmarks, and hiring timelines.
• Deliver high-touch candidate experience and represent the company at regional events.
• Maintain data accuracy in ATS and ensure regulatory compliance.
